Sassocorvo
Rosé brands I.G.T.
It is a full-bodied wine, but with gradations never too high and with a softness that springs from a constantly short maceration and punctuated by punching down performed in the traditional way. It is pleasant when drunk young, but the preservation of some months in traditional oak barrels makes the wine more appreciable even more mature.
Customers are fond of and especially love red wine and what we produ- ce on the farm reflects the type of classic red of our land.
