Flavoured wine-based beverage with sour cherries
Our sour cherry wine is the result of an ancient tradition of Collamato perfected over the years. This wine is obtained from a long fermentation of native grapes, addi- tion of sour cherries and sugar in the form of syrup. For fermentation we use the same fermentation techniques as red wine, enhancing the color and organoleptic properties of both grapes and sour cherries.

VINIFICATION: | The harvested sour cherry is lightly crushed, separated from the stones and left to ferment with red wine and sugar in stainless steel vats. |
MATURAZIONE E AFFINAMENTO: | Following a long maceration on its skins, the product is refined further in steel containers, then in bottles for months. |
MATURATION AND AGING: | Color: ruby red with violet reflections. |
SENSORY NOTES: | Traditionally combined with dry biscuits; it is expressed with all types of sweets. Excellent meditation product. |
